RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns on our edible or personalized merchandise. Please check all spelling, dates, capitalization and punctuation before sending your order.
We will replace any items damaged in transit upon receipt of the returned damaged products. We are not responsible for WEATHER RELATED PROBLEMS (which include melting or discoloration).
SHIPPING
At Anna's Chocolates we work hard to ship your order in a timely manner. You have an option to choose upgraded shipping (UPS Next Day, 2nd Day or 3-Day Select). PLEASE NOTE that there may still be an IN HOUSE processing delay of up to 10 days. Some items have longer processing times which will be listed individually. If you need your item in a RUSH, please contact us to see if we can accomadate you.
At times, items may be shipped in multiple boxes. This may cause parts of your order to arrive later than others.
Some items may require adjustments in shipping costs. In the event that this occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
UPS does not guarentee delivery on date listed.
Unfortunately, we do not have control over UPS delivery (time of day, which door they will use or whether they will leave a package if no one is home). You can certainly call your local UPS office to try to make special arrangements (1-800-PICK-UPS). Leaving specific instructions in the COMMENTS box at Anna's Chocolates checkout WILL NOT reach UPS.
