Under New Management
Owner and Chocolatier Karen Baker has taken over the operations of Anna's Chocolates. Karen wishes to welcome everyone and invites them to visit Anna's in person to meet her and her staff. Although new in the area, Karen wants to assure all of her customers that the quality they have come to expect from Anna's will be her top priority as the new owner.
Karen and her team of artists decorate their chocolates with intricate hand-painted chocolate designs, from life-like garden roses to the perfectly decorated heart to give as a special treat. She can do your shower, wedding, christening or anything in between
She invites her customers to look through her web site or visit the shop in Tappan, NY. Bring your own ideas or let Karen inspire you with "all things Chocolate". She can adapt the chocolates according to the event's theme, color scheme, or budget.
All of the creations reflect Karen's artistry in that each piece should be as original as the event at which they appear.
Karen graduated from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey with a B.A. in Political Science and then went on to Seton Hall School of Law and received her Juris Doctor. She has been a practicing attorney in New Jersey and New York for the last 12 years. When she decided on a slight shift in career plans, Anna's became available. She resigned her job as a full time attorney and now devotes herself to "all things chocolate" at Anna's!
